Are there setup costs?
No. Onboarding and training are part of our white-glove approach. Send us your Excel list and we build your environment.
Can I cancel monthly?
No. We work with annual contracts and monthly payment. You do start with a 4-week pilot so you can experience crece cumi in practice before you commit.
How does the pilot work?
The pilot lasts 4 weeks. We set up your environment, train your team and you run live with real groups. After that you move to an annual subscription with a monthly invoice — no surprises.
What does daycare software on Aruba cost with crece cumi?
Plans start from AWG 49/month (Starter). Growth is AWG 99/month and Professional AWG 159/month. That is often less than one enrollment fee per month for your whole daycare.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions in AWG (or USD), usually via bank transfer on a monthly invoice. For parent contributions we are working on Sentoo integration for local payments.
What does the billing module cost?
The Billing & Invoice module costs AWG 29/month extra and includes automatic invoices and (soon) Sentoo payments.
