Why I make Crece Cumi

I grew up on Aruba. I know how much family matters here, and how much parents want to know how their child’s day went, even when they are at work.

Often that happens through WhatsApp groups, paper and Facebook. For the team it is extra work on top of the care, and for the director it is hard to keep an overview.

Crece Cumi brings it together in one place: the child’s record and development, parents, team and safety. Staff log the day in the app, parents follow along and the director keeps the overview in the portal.

And it is made for here: in five languages, in florins or dollars, and with your island’s rules as a floor that you can only make stricter.

What does “Crece Cumi” mean?

The name is inspired by Papiamento: to grow, growing up, a child’s journey. The tagline says what we do for it.

    Every daycare has its own database, every view of a child’s record is logged and parents decide about photos themselves.
