Is the app available in Papiamento?
Yes. Both the admin portal and the mobile app for parents and staff are fully available in Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish. Each user chooses their own language.
Is crece cumi built for daycare on Aruba?
Yes. crece cumi is built for crèches and preschool on Aruba: multilingual, invoicing in AWG, and designed for how childcare works here — closer to parents, less paperwork, and no unsafe WhatsApp groups for photos and updates.
Why a parent app instead of WhatsApp?
WhatsApp groups are convenient, but weak for privacy, overview and professionalism. With crece cumi, staff share updates and photos securely per child. Parents follow their child’s day in one app, without messages getting lost in group chats.
Do parents and staff use the same app?
Yes. It is one mobile app with its own screen per role: parents see their child’s timeline, staff log daily reports and attendance. Directors manage everything via the separate admin portal on the web.
How does the 4-week pilot work?
You start with a 4-week trial: we set up your environment, train your team and you use crece cumi in practice. That way you experience the fit before committing to an annual subscription.
How long does staff training take?
Less than 10 minutes for the basics: fill in and publish a daily report. We do onboarding together with your team.
Can we switch from WhatsApp or Facebook?
Yes. We help with a calm rollout: one group first, then expand. No big-bang migration needed.
Does crece cumi help with Aruban regulations (DSZ)?
We build the platform around how childcare works on Aruba and continue to expand support for local regulations (DSZ). That keeps administration, attendance and communication clear in one place.
How does payment work?
Subscriptions are invoiced in AWG (or USD). For parent contributions we are working on Sentoo integration so parents can pay locally with one click.
Where is our data stored?
Each daycare has a fully separated environment. We follow GDPR principles: minimal data, role-based access and secure storage in the EEA.
