From who may pick a child up to how long data is kept. Below, each part says what the software does.
- 1 Pickup people Parents propose pickup people, the daycare approves them, and at pickup you choose who takes the child.
- 2 Ratio signal You see whether each group stays within ratio, based on the roster and set per island.
- 3 Who sees what Management, staff and parents see only what fits their role. Every view of a child's record is logged.
- 4 Kiosk mode and devices from Growth One tablet per group with a PIN, no child data on staff's own phones. Lost a device? Sign it out remotely and the app wipes itself.

We process that data only on the daycare’s instructions, to make the platform work. Not for our own marketing or commercial purposes.

Users accept the current terms. Every version is kept.
Honest about what we don’t claim.
We don’t say Crece Cumi “complies with the law of your island”. Laws differ per island and change. We show what the software does, so you can judge what your daycare needs.
Questions about safety and privacy
Who sees my child’s photos?
Only parents who gave consent. If consent is withdrawn, the photos are hidden at once and deleted after a set window.
Where is my daycare’s data kept?
In its own, separate database per daycare. Data from different daycares never mixes.
How long do you keep data?
As long as your island requires. After that it is anonymised automatically. Messages are deleted after a family leaves.
What if a staff member loses a phone?
An admin signs the user out remotely, on one or all devices, and the app wipes itself. The app also opens with Face ID or fingerprint.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. Crece Cumi processes data on the daycare’s instructions, and we record that in a data processing agreement.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can export your data. After that we keep it no longer than your island’s retention period requires, and then anonymise it.
